Hello, I am a new member and I could not resist tossing my 2 cents worth in. First off, I love how we are all seeking power for this plane..I definately agree. It was built to fly, just not fly fast...All the reviews and wreckage stories I've read have pointed to speed being a major factor in the crash factor.....As for motors I've called and asked jsut about everbody I could about the right motor and so far all agree the ys 1.10 with pitts muffler is the way to go. However, these motors are selling faster than they are being manufactured. I am here in Polson, MT and I talked to Central Hobbies in Billings yesterday...they told me their stock sold out in I believe it was a week or less....Holy Cow...She said wait would be 2+ months for new stock...Good thing our winters are long and hard.
