Irwin is a shrewd businessman; he knows the power of glitzy ad copy, and knows that "negative press" like this is a fart in a hurricane compared to the number of folks who see his eye-catching color ads and whip out the credit card.

Thanks to venues like this, more folks are aware of certain vendors and their problems. But a percentage will still be clueless. Caveat emptor...
