It's a given that the 46 would be more than enough for that little plane.
Personally I like planes that fly one the wing, and feel light and nimble. Although the 46 would still tend to feel that way on that plane, the 42 would be awsome if you built the rest of the plane light around it.
If you go with the 42, I would challenge you to use a light battery like a 720 mah nimh AAA pack, and mini servos where possible.
I have an Uproar that I am assembling, and I am going to go with an OS 32 or Webra 35 (same weight), and build it light. The Uproar is a little lighter than the Dazzler to begin with, because of no turtle deck though.
Note that the 42 is really a 39 if I remember correctly. It's a very tuned little powerhouse though that really benefits from the lack of weight ball bearings would add and runs like a 45!
