I assume you are referring to the feature where the camera would move so it was looking down at the airport and you could then click on the spot where you wanted the pilot to stand. That feature was taken out in favor of the new walking pilot. You can now make the pilot walk or fly using the mouse and keys 'W', 'A', 'S' and 'D'. So, if you're not happy with where you're standing, just press 'W' to start walking somewhere else.
