Please Help With PPjoy

hi
i have a problem with ppjoy.
the realflight doesnt find the thorttle channel.
in game controllers the thorttle is Z Axis, The rudder is Z Rotation.
the realflight find the elavtor,rudder and ailerons but not the thortle.
I have an sanwa transmitter and the parameters in picjoy are:
1: axis2
2: axis1
3: axis 5
4: axis 4
5: axis 6
6: axis 7

PLEASE HELP
