YS 45 2-stroke. ...HELLLPP
I have a YS 45 and the engine has always given me problems...
It has always been HARD to start....and if I idle for more than a few seconds..she dies as soon as I try to advance the throttle.
3 weeks ago..I had it adjusted as good as I could....
High end it Runs!!!...
And I mean it plain out MOVES!!!!
It has to be the hottest 45 I've ever owned!
Well today I went to the field...
I knew I was going to have a problem starting her...heck I always do!
But today there was NO WAY to get it running...
I'm not getting any fuel into the carb at all through the system...
The tank is presssurizing fine...and the check valve is holding with no leaks at all....
there is fuel flowing through the filter...all the way ....
however..there is NO FUEL entering the nipple more towards the Prop....(Intake side)....
Well getting the engine out of the plane is going to be a pain in the BUTT....and I'm going to start later tonight....
SO I need some advice!
If I put some fuel straight in the carb..she fired up fine....then quit since no additional fuel was entering the system...
I'll be back to check this post...later....I'm taking my wife out to dinner for her birthday!
Please..anyone.....HELP!!!!
