RE: Saito .65
I bought a used Saito .65 after reading many great things about it. The most common positive thing about it was reliable operation, the common negative was it's weight. I am going to put it in a bashed LT-40. I don't think it would be the best choice for an aerobatic airplane. I thought about putting it in my 4*40, but it is so heavy and big for the airframe. I thought it would create too many problems. Just for kicks, I'm going to put a Saito .45 in my 4*40. I had the .45 in a Sig Senior, what a dog. Tried a 12x5 prop and it leaped off the runway. That combo might be fun in the 4*. Will be starting to put my Venus together very shortly, it should be tons o fun.
Have fun with wharever you get. Mike
