Really keen to buy one but. please help to answer some doubts

1. Are this software going to be distribute by any shops in Singapore ?
2. Are there plans to sell the USB cable seperately ? Need those to play multiplayer with brother.
3. Why is the international shipping so so expensive ? can I opt for a cheaper solution ?
