No most called it a forward monkey flip and it was performed at a very low altitude[sm=bananahead.gif]. The trick is to make the airplane STALL and fall FORWARD with UP elevator while sliding backward from a hover like a real model would do. The rest of the maneuver is easy. Everyone used to do them exactly as I described while they waited to perform at events like the TOC. Now it has been replaced by the torque roll. You will wear out your controller trying to do it on a simulator.
