The Hysol/Aeropoxy is the best I have found for polyester glass. You might find that the normal hobby store resins can debond over time. What I do is wipe with acetone-sand with coarse-wipe with acetone again and then glue. I tried to remove a CF servo mount from my deceased Hawk that was installed with 9460F and COULD NOT get it out.
