Isn't that cheating just a little. To be fair in this quest you can't use extra aero surfaces or water squirting. The bottle has to be making the lift in some way, most probably cutting it so it ends up as a cylinder.

My guess, by the way, is that squirting water rockets is a summer sport - just in case one of them had a scratch in the outer wall of the bottle. One thing for sure, there is a lot of mass being ejected.
