We sincerely apologize for the recent events about shipping as you mentioned. Unfortunately we did reprioritize some orders because of special circumstances, only because we were trying to help out. Our policy is fist order received first shipped under all circumstances unless there is a very special reason. However we will be adhering to this policy more strictly in the future.

The good news is that your order has been shipped from Windsor to our Detroit distribution and it will be reshipped from Detroit USPS again on Monday. We are hoping that you will receive your airplane before the Christmas holidays.
