Maybe it's just me but I don't see the ST-2300 as that much overkill on this airplane ,
no more than a YS 1.60 on some 2 meter ships. This IS a large airplane. Eric Henderson
flew a Quest 90 with a 1.40 on it for awhile and from what I read it flew real well.
If you read the assembly manual from Global they recommend using a 1.20 engine and
the ST-2300 is a 1.40 . Personally I would rather have too much power than not enough.
