I read your dilemma and I have a solution. I have volume 1 of 1989 Scale Jets. In this issue there plans for a fixed gear mig 21 with all the templates and wing ribs included. unfortunately it doesn't give a manufacture's name on who makes the plans. And I'm not even sure if they still produce the magazine anymore.
If you want, I can copy the article and mail it to you. Then you can blow them up to what ever size you want. I did that for a set of Harrier plans (prop, not DF) and they came out pretty well. It's up to you. I know how it feel to want to build something and not finding the information to make it.
