What about a PIF Marketplace? Something like what RCU already has, except completely seperate in that those in need or those willing to donate can place adds / wants. It might even be helpful to keep a rating system for users too; something like a "Has Given: ##" and "Has Received: ##" rating for each user. This might help potential givers filter out getters that might be trying to take advantage. I for one know that if I had a spare part, I would "search" the needs area in hopes of finding someone that needs the part. If no one placed a want, then I would probably place a "Giving" add...

Is that completely out of the realm of posibility RCU? Seems like it might be a ton of coding...
