Paste it to Microsoft Paint or any other photo editing software. Then save it as a .jpg file. That file will be way smaller than the .bmp files that print screen uses. If you have photo editing software other than paint, you can reduce the size of the pic so that is easier to post the pic on the RC forums. Most of the forums have pretty stiff limits on the size of the photo (in pixels) and the file size (in kilobites).
