When ST was moved to China many castings and parts went with them It could be assembled in China with parts from Italy a mixture
of parts from both countries. Its a safe bet they have cycled through the Italian parts, the quality is still the same ,great engines and
great prices, and yes I am sure a few from Italy are lurking on shelves in a few hobby shops
