That set up should fly the plane pretty good. I would use a 6 volt battery to get more torq & speed from that servo. Also with it being a single ball bearing I would keep a check on it if you use a lot of surface deflection. I would think it would gain a little slop after awhile.
On my Funtana 40 I'm presently using the OS 46 & Fut. 9001 servos. The torq on them at 4.8 is almost the same as the 3004 at 6 volts. I'm presently using 4.8 w/ no problems so thats why I suggested 6 with your servos. The 46 is grossly underpowered for my style of flying but it is still fun. I just purchased a new Saito 82 F.S. to replace the 46 as soon as it arrives. I think the 91 F.S. would be perfect but I just dont really feel like doing alot of modifying to get one in there. The 82 (same size as the 72 which is recomended but with a little more power) should go in without a hitch.
By the way the Saito 82 came from a guy's Ebay store & he has a few more and right now is selling them for $240 buy it now with free shipping. The price is about $15 bucks cheaper than Horizon not to mention the shipping they would charge you. Ive been wanting to up the power on mine & figured I'd give it a try.
Here should be the URL for his store if anyone is interested
