i tihnk its running to rish, and therefore alot of fuel+oil coming into the elecstarter. Thats making it slip. And for those rubberdampers..well id go for a pull, or roto start. in your cse id take a roto, its petty easy. Go to the LHS and let them do it for you. I think thats the safest thing to do.
