Power to weight is the issue, and then making weight with enough power. That's the main issue.

The other issues are vibration, noise, and heat. All of these problems can be overcome if you want it badly enough. There's just not really a drop in plug and play sytem just yet. Sort of like electrics. It's doable, but you have to really want to.
