Yes it is a Belgian B29, four ZDZ 210's for power. 12 metre wingspan (36foot compared to the B52's 20?)
They have a website somewhere, search google some and you should find it, for such a large model I swear it has no flaps!!!
I do think that the LMA have published new 'over 20kg' rules
I think there are also new "over 80kg rules" in addition to the 7 and 20 kg rules. Or was it 100kg? I am not sure but this was mentioned in either RCM&E or the BMFA news
