Todd won't ship to Canada? He's like a basement work dude, give him an e-mail and see if he will send one. It costs like $5 and he sent mine for $0.60 shipping. How much more could Canada be? It comes with the carbon strips, nylon screws, and the mount. I'd think you guys could work something out about shipping.

Mine is the 6mm pre-drilled. He also has a 3mm version for Shockys and some blank ones (not drilled) for different outrunners.
