Go to www.ysperformance.com and read the running instructions. Your high speed needle is way too rich, and the fuel you are using is compounding the adjustment problems.
After the engine is well broken in, IT MIGHT idle at 2000, but only with fuel containing more nitro. I usually shoot for 2200 to 2400 for a good idle with the 63's.
