I have no joy with the Futaba RealFlight controller. Mine arrived defective, I had to repair it, because the ridiculous serial numbering/registration required locks-out any other controller used with G3 if it goes TU. You are left unable to fly until you get another controller (yes, serial numbered, and registered) or repair it.

Big negative customer service issue here...frankly, the monopoly is unwarranted.
