Default RE: Help Huge wing loading

Dick.I race a twin turbo corvette, Small block chevy on gas.Puts out 2100 hp on dyno goes over 205 in Quarter. Got tired of sponsors owning me so a only race about four times a year now. I also dont push the edge like we had to for sponsors. Now its fun again and actually way cheaper since that last few percent is what kills parts and drivers. Back to the plane. The turbine is like a turboprop, most exhaust gas is used up by the free turbine so it cuts the exhaust substantially. Cant be used for thrust. The free turbine transmits its power to the rotor blades,in exess of 40 lbs of thrust has been measured. If I did try to put a slot at the center of the wing (fuselage section) where? At the thickest part of the wing. Since this engine develops about 7 hp it does use a lot off air. It wont suck it up but it may add a little lift. I could check the compressor map and find what it flows in lb per minute. If anyone thinks this has any prayer of being practical,or not, chime in.
