so yes u want the engine at 195 dgrees fereight (sp?)
That is crazy, 412 degrees celcius is like 800+ degrees F... your conversion is quite a bit off.
yes the temps are in F not C... that is why people sometimes use the spit test and to see how long to sizzle( that is boiling)
boiling is like ~212F and 100 C
