When I spoke to them they said it was a complete kit. Comes with fan unit all for 199.00. They said that they are updating the manual and it will be included with. Said it will ship Monday. They still have the White with the orange and blue striping. Looks like a nice kit. Saw the videos of it flying. Fast and great vertical performance.
