Now while I was missing around with the program I notice that in control calibration the red bars are jumping all around and that it's detecting my transmitter as a 5 then a few seconds later it will detect it as a 6 channel and it keeps jumping around between 3, 5, 6, and 7.
This was happening to me too........until I realized my Tx was in PCM mode, not PPM.
