bluemagic98 is right. The 9200 SE is a fairly low speed GPU video card. Even the 9600's don't get that warm. There are 3 speed favors: 9600, 9600 PRO, and 9600 XT. The XT has a fan and does start to get warm. Also, the DDR RAM can get too warm also with these high speed cards.

I have a 9800 PRO and watch it's temp closely. I also bought some copper heat sinks for the RAM chips. This is ESPECIALLY necessary if you intend to overclock these boards.
