Default RE: Need a replacement plane........

Yes, I heard the same, they redesigned the servo bay in the wing so that two wing ribs directly support the servo instead of 1 rib with two extentions to the rib right beside it..... In other words they added another rib. My old Funtana flew great, and i think a lot of people would be better off putting better servos in them, not the recommended 50 -60 oz or so. I had 90 something ounces on all surfaces except the rudder, in which I put a 113 oz servo in. All digi's so they produced max torque at 3degrees of center, which helps alot. But then again people are doing geat with regular high torque servos!!! I think I'll go back to the Funtana for the Price and the fact that i have the Carbon gear or it anyways, and that I have flown one for 4 months untill the crash, that way i wouldnt have to in a way relearn a new airplane. But the sucky part about all of this is I will have to wait untill February until i get a new FT 90. I'm 16 and 'aint' got 209 bucks plus the cash for all the mods will make, ie... pull pull, new engine mount, hinge points, fuel tank, etc etc..
