You made a great choice by ordering the katana and the ys. It is about the most perfect match there is. I really feel that the Kat will fly circles around the EF edge. I have the kat and my buddy has the edge with the ys63 in it. The edge is an excellent profile and funfly. The Kat is much more agile. It is about the most stable in all attitude profiles I've flown. The MOJO being the most stable. The Katana has a double tapered wing. All the wing thickness is much thinner. So what that translates to is a plane that is stable in full stall 3D type maneuvers, and if you want to do a clean snap roll or point roll or slow roll you can pull those off without a hitch. Did I mention it is light? Mine with the 63 and hitec digitals plus 1800mah pack is still under 4 1/2 pounds. You will like it. I'm on my second one now. I wore the first one (first version) out. The second version is slightly heavier by about 3 ounces but it is a ton stronger. Check out the funfly forum there are a few threads devoted to the kat40
