Default Right thrust for engine mounts

I am fairly new to this very addicting hobby, and will be flying or at least attempting to fly as long as my bank let's me. My instructor is getting ready to move back to the U.S and gave me a Cap 21 to build on until I become one of those ole ace of the sky pilots. The building instructions are extremely vague to say the least. I fully understand the requirement of having right thrust, but my instructions do not say how to obtain it. Should I offset the firewall a few degree's or mount the firewall straight and shim the engine mount a few degree's. I am in no hurry to finish this project. I just want to build it the best way possible. This is my first building experience. Thanks for the input and welcome to 2005!
