Default 300S foam wing repair

Michael,
The damage looks like it would be pretty easy to repair. I would get some pieces of foam, sheet balsa and some aliphatic or epoxy glue. Cut out the damaged areas with a razor saw or exacto blade. Glue in some blocks of foam, shape them to the desired contour and then glue in balsa wood to complete the repair. You can then fill in any seams with filler and recover the area. If the area is just a surface gouge I would probably just fill it in with a lightweight filler. BTW what did you run into??
