You may have a pot in the one servo going sour. Try swapping in another servo. See if the problem goes away. If It does then you have it. You may also want to try a heavyer guage wire in the extension. Sometimes on long extensions you get too much resistance and the servo's cannot draw enough power and kinda go nuts.
