I assume its a contact cement of sorts but what exactly is Dave Brown's Southern Sorgum?

As far as contact cements go, I have used Sig's CoreBond as well just normal hardware store (Lepages, I think) latex contact cement very successfully with foam wings from .15 to 60 sized. Any particular reason to use anything else for larger planes?
