Oh, as for getting the aileron lead back in the wing... Try gluing a bit of string to a 2-56 bolt and holding the wing up on a wingtip. You should be able to drop it down the wing. You might have to shake the wing around a little to get it to bounce the right way, but with a little work, you can get a string back through there. (been there, done that)
