Ez2bgman: I almost did what you did to bring the TE back to the fuse side. Instead I elimated the dowel all together. I put to 1/4 x 20 threaded inserts in the holes where the dowel would be and instead used nylon wingbolts to hold it on. At the same time it pulled the gap back to the fuse.
