I have both Hitec and JR Servos. Haven`t had any problems with any one of them. But i like the programming possibility i have with Hitec servos ( i use 5945 and 5645). I also heard this wild stories from someone that heard it from a brother to a uncles sister etc. Just to be safe i only use 4,8 volt on the Hitec servos, because you tend to get spooked of this stories anyway. So to you guys that have destroyed Hitec servos: Did you use 4,8 or 6 volt and which servos did you use? (This is to the ones that have burned servos)
