Default Push-Pull Speed Plane idea....

Don't know what made me think of this.... must have been from looking at pics of a Dornier DO335 Arrow and a Cessna Mixmaster.....then I started looking at my Patriot.....

So, what about building a push-pull powered Patriot type plane.... say with a pair of 46's powering it, one in the front, one in the tail.

This would give a plane of approximately the size of a Patriot the power of a 90, give or take a bit. I've always been fascinated with the inline twin design and (the Arrow and the Mixmaster being my favourites) and it has definite advantages over a "regular" twin design.

Anyway, just wanted to throw that out there and see what your thoughts were!

Thanks,
Steve
