He is going on a diet soon as I am looking for ways to lighten the load a bit. Besides the 6.0V 1400mah 5cell in the tail, I had to add 2 oz lead to the nose and a half unce under the right wingtip.
Gary: Sorry to hear you got rained out. I got one flight at the new club today and it was AWESOME! There was one small glitch that had me on the "EDGE" the entire flight. MY throttle linkage was out of adjustment and I had a very high idle for the whole flight. I got very lucky and let the prop strike the dirt just barely enough to stop it on a touch-n-go. Actually it was on about the fifth touch-n-go. The bonus to the whole flight was the local IMAC guru gave me a few tips on doing 4-point rolls and I was getting fairly decent at it![8D]
