Hobby People in San Diego swapped the fuse for one in the other kit they had on hand with no fuss. I just finished gluing in the stab. My goal is maiden flight in two weeks.
I pity the poor guy who walks in and unsuspectingly buys THAT kit off the shelf. Maybe we'll get lucky and wind up getting to see a "how I had to untweak the tail" thread on it here.
I saw the guy write up the defect report on the kit. Besides, the seal was broken ob the fuse bag, and the covering was cut away fron the stab hole. Any one who doesn't catch that needs to be looking at trainers instead.
