Y'all should try the Klett mini flex point hinges. They install super easy in foamies with Formula 560 canopy glue and move much easier than ca type hinges. I have used them on my last three foamies and wouldn't use anything else now. All that's involved in installation is to mark out the hinges and use a sharpened piece of .062 piano wire to make a pocket, put a dab of glue on the point and slide them in. Easy, and they hold.
