Basically you just need to be sure that the servo arms and linkages can never contact each other and bind up over the full range of travel you plan to use. Cutting off extra/unused servo arms, using shorter arms, staggering the output shaft positions (as above), swapping the side of the servo arm/shaft you link to, and just adding more space between servos are all methods of keeping your arems & linkages clear of each other...
