Full lock up, need to unplug the power to restart.

I tried the USB interface using front and back USB ports, same problem. It will lock the computer after a few seconds after it detected the USB interface.

There is no red X in Device Manager. There are an USB wireless adapter and USB harddrive connected.
Video drivers are the latest from ATI and XP has all the patches installed.
