Absolutely, 100% incorrect. The beautiful thing about Japanese, unlike English, is that the entire language is comprised of only about 50 distinct phonetic syllables plus a couple of special conjugations; beyond that, there is no variation. Pronouncing Japanese is VERY easy, if you happen to see it written in the phonetic alphabet (kana) or in English characters (Romaji).
