Default intermittent problem

I sent a copy of this to [email protected]. I deleted some portion w/ personal info. What could the problem be and how will it be handled?

I purchased one of your RTR TR4 Porsche 911 from ToyHaus on 1/10/05. I received it 1/14/05. I glued the tires, charged the glow plug igniter, cut the body. Today I went to a deserted lot to break it it. The engine stared on the 4th pull. I was running it off idle enough to get it rolling. A few minutes later I was within 5 feet of the car when it ignored the commands from the transmitter. It just rolled to a stop w/ the engine running. Both the receiver and transmitter were on and had fresh batteries. So I cut off the engine and looked at the wiring which was fine, of course batteries were fresh and in place, and connectors were tight. Still nothing. Then moments later I had perfect control of the car. I cranked back up and went around slowly for a full tank. Refueled, then within 10 feet of me the car accelerated very fast. I had no brakes, throttle or steering control. It hit a concrete lip pretty hard. The car is obviously tough because all that is broke( that I can see) is the left rear hub (part#TR014) and the drive shaft (part #GX16). After the collision, the car ignored all commands. Then 5 minutes later the receiver and transmitter were working, with engine both running and off. I packed it all up to assess the damage at home. Got back to my house cranked it up to burn the last little bit of fuel while holding the wounded car in on hand and the transmitter in the other. Now I have perfect control of the throttle ,brake and steering. A few moments later nothing, no control.
