You're gonna have a hard time getting into a CP shaft drive tail rotor heli with that budget. Any heli that fits the bill will be better part of $200 alone, minuse electronics. I have about $600 in my Shogun not including TX or support equipment. The only ones I'm aware of that could be gotten for what you've budgeted would be a Hummingbird or the like.
