I hinged my Simple p51 with monocote(ailerons and elevator). I have now started a Simple AT6 and I am ready to hinge everything. The monocote worked well but after several hours of flying the monocote has worked loose and it is constant maintenance to keep the coating tight and the surfaces warp free. Any ideas on using CA hinges. I had thought of trying to cut some down and slotting the thin surfaces.
