What is the best tank brand for the YS engine?

I currently have the 91 AC, the 61 and the 120.

I have used some tanks that seem to "balloon" in size when under pressure and that elasticity seems to create a carb flooding problem when the engine idles too long. Am I blaming the wrong component? This is on my 91 AC. My YS 120 is incredibly stable and easy to operate at all speeds. I am looking to get another 120 and a 140 for other projects used or new. They are fine engines.
