^^^^^^ What he said ^^^^^^^........ i have only two programs running on startup...SYSTRAY and EXPLORER....and i run 98SE.

I'm pretty sure XP needs a few more programs running but i'm not sure which since i don't use it. But once i upgrade to XP i will make a list of what is needed.
